生鮭般的深邃橘色酒體彷彿有魔力，即使沒有加入鮭魚，也夢幻美如深海的精靈。 　　 鮮美的甜橘果香調、大地般的松針風味；來自於新型澳洲酒花 ＃Eclipse 以及混合菌種液態酵母 ＃WLP067 的豐富發酵特徵。而釀造配方中的高比例特殊麥芽則賦予如同核桃果乾歐包的蓬鬆特色。 　　 橘橘的，香香的，苦苦的，霧霧的，洄游的，鮭魚夢。
