布鲁一号单一酒花IPA是气泡实验室的推出的第六款实验性啤酒，单一酒花系列更像是一个Showcase展示，我们用同样的方式和条件进行酿造，只选取一种啤酒花进行添加，可以对啤酒花进行中型风味测试，可以让大众参与其中。这次选用的BRU-1具有其他啤酒花少有的类似于菠萝和青苹果的甜水果气息而在国外名声大噪，近些年很多酒厂都尝试选用BRU-1与其他酒花搭配，赋予了啤酒更复杂的香气和风味。
