今回、他ブルワリー様のプラントをお借りし、全く同じレシピで仕込みを行いました。いつものIPAよりもホップの尖ったキャラクターが特徴的な骨太でパンチのある仕上がりになりました。今回、お借りしたプラントは普段のフルオートメ ーションのプラントとは肌感覚が異なりました。なれない操作にやや手こずる部分もありましたが、伊勢角でのこだわりを守り、飲みやすくも味わいのある本物のビールに仕上げました。同レシピながらも少し味わいの異なる｢Another｣なIPAをお楽しみください。シャープな苦みとホップの華やかな...(Read More)
