〜第一楽章　着火の儀〜 火、土、水、風、四元素の神に祈りを捧げ、窯焚の無事を祈る言わば神事。窯の中に成形した大小さまざまな器を並べ、火を点ける。長い窯焚きの景気付けに憑き物が落ちて晴れるような爽やかなIPAをー 窯焚の始まりを告げる、清々しく爽やかなIPA。メロンやグレープフルーツを思わせるフルーティな味わいと、フローラルなアロマ。苦味を抑えドリンカブルなウエストコーストIPAです。
