redのシリーズとしては7番目、そして"grand cru"としては2番目です。今回は、36ヶ月以上の木樽熟成ののち、フランス･ボルドーから届いた赤ワイン樽でさらに11ヶ月熟成。前回は5大シャトーのうちのひとつの樽でしたが、今回のもすごいやつ。格付けは2級ですが、スーパーセカンドとも称されるサン･ジュリアンの一流ワイナリーから樽空け後、すぐに冷蔵便でとどいた樽です。あわせてちょうど4年もの樽での熟成を経て、昨年10月にボトリング。さらに13ヶ月の瓶内二次三次発酵･熟成を経てのリリースです。と、こ...(Read More)
