A strong and potent German import Port Ellen drank at the old Swan Song at Boat Quay. I was surprised by this one as Arun told me it was quite a simple one, but when I tried it, insanely sharp and powerful tropical fruits. Gatekept from 90 points and above because of the simplicity but the power of this one is not to be messed with.
Nose: sweet light honey and buttery, well coating and oily
Palate: sweet and sour fleshy pineapples and mangoes with an extremely light coating of peat
