An amazing Port Ellen. One of Serge's most well rated whiskies, this one was fantastic. Arun and I shared a small pour from Paesson, and this was rich as fk. Truly the old style we all want. If only it wasn't so expensive.
Nose: toned and moderate spiced rum, molasses and boiled carrots
Palate: touch of black forest; dark chocolate and blackcurrant, jammed raspberries, boiled grapes
