A rather simple and straightforward, really distillate driven whisky. There's something to be said about that deep bready, doughy maltiness, with those barley sugars coming through. It's in some ways reminiscent of an older style, really pure and fundamental. It's got alot of body as well, which makes it texturally really enjoyable.
