Really needs time to open (2-3 hours in bottle). This becomes cherry forward, licorice, lots of mineral qualities that showcases the terroir incredibly well. The aromas are absolutely impressive, it almost feels like you're standing on a volcano with a basket of dark cherries. It's such great depth and naturalism with its chalky volcanic mustiness.
