Really unusual! It's lighter in richness, with musky fruits that fills it in. It's rather earthy and funky on the nose with this deep umaminess of mushrooms, miso and bouillon cubes, with also this sandy aroma. It leans alittle closer to pet nat and does at some points feel rather terroir driven. Definitely a good sparkling if not at the least an acquired taste.
