This wine feels elegant and restarined, giving a lot of soft elegance whilst showcasing lots of fruit character. [Compared to the Dessus de Montchenevoy, 2022], this wine has lesser floral aromas, instead giving more fresh and stewed fruits on the palate. Still, I would say this wine leans on the lighter spectrum, perhaps having just enough intensity to pair with savoury bites like deli sandwiches, heavily dressed sandwiches or light poultry dishes.
