A really solid champagne that lands on rich orchard and citrusy notes with light pastry adjacent richness with a long and refined finish.
P.s.: Had the opportunity to have a taste of this on a flight from Singapore to New York! Felt rather lively effervescent at altitude but this might be mellowed at sea level.
