This one is less about impact and more about subtlety which is a delightful contrast. It still shows a nicely dense and deeply floral profile, but it's more restrained and delicate than the earlier wines, more on the side of minerals and fresh herbs. It captures Saint-Joseph’s liveliness and the purity of its granite soils and instead of showing power, it shows precision.
