A lovely Sancerre absolutely brimming with what Sancerre is known for! I especially appreciate the oiler mouthfeel and dedication to balance between the mineral and fruit notes, as there tends to be a bit more of a single side in other expressions. It is also crisp, refreshing and the dryness at the end does a stupendous job of making everything lip-smacking and propelling you toward another taste.
