This is 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, entirely coming from just 3 Grand Cru villages - Avize, Ay and Cramant. It's aged for over 10 years on the lees with an Extra Brut dosage. This felt rather moreish in a really satisfying way - it feels big. Yet once again Pommery shows us it can deftly ace richness of the body without any heaviness.
