Woah! This was pretty sublime! Like biting into a mix of key lime pie and an Ondeh Ondeh pandan coconut pastry. It’s insanely delicious and sessional, with a great refreshing sweet-sour twang and a plush mouthfeel. What’s impressive is there’s a really good balance between the brighter more acidic tropical notes of lemon and lime, as well as the denser earthier flavours of coconut and pandan.
