More of dried apricots flavours, being deep in the dried and chewsome spectrum. Some citrus of fresh bitter lemon intermingles amongst the apricots flavours mid palate, before giving a steely, vegetal astringency that doesn't linger too long. Personally, I did wish that the apricots flavors were more pronounced, though I do get an appreciable pithy, apricot pit-like umeshu flavour towards the finish. Juuuuuust a bit more!
