Probably one of the wildest tasting notes I've ever written - brie peach sandwich! [At least to me], I got such strong milky and creaminess from this wine, almost as if the fruit takes a back stage for this wine. The peachy aromas and flavours really compliment the sweet dairy notes of this wine, making this super interesting for me. The texture is rather velvety as well, really carrying out that milky creamy palate. Such an interesting Sauvignon Blanc!
