This is an intriguing one! Certainly an acquired taste but I'll happily have this with a citrus tonic anything. Instead of that piney juniper-led dryness, of a London Dry, this ones leans dry too, but with a minerality that dominates and reminds me of a Chablis. You can certainly feel the influence of the grape distillate and the stone distillate here - this gin carries a distinctive chalkiness alongside subtle hints of white florals and honey.
