Super unique! The blend of sweet and salty flavours of the seaweed doesn't get cloying - the oceanic sweetness of the seaweed really brings a delectable balance to the shochu. It isn't one dimensional as well - giving an array of seaweed and kelp flavours that has undertones of saline and seafood. I've be super interested to try this shochu with hot water, warmed, and maybe even with some mugicha to see how the flavours gel. Definitely worth a try!
