Very nice and clean! A simple, no muss no fuss expression that is equal parts acidic, fruity and mineral, which I really quite enjoy, I expect this to really go stunningly well with seafood, complimenting the saline, mineral nature of shellfish in particular. Otherwise, it'll also do lovely on its own on a hot summer day, or as something to start the night off with!
