Tart on the nose at first, with aromas of sour cherry. Gets progressively inky, with lots of forest floor, dark ripened cherries, dark plums, cassia. Leathery on the palate, followed by a dry, mushroomy, dark cocoa. A lot more dry and complex that the nose let's on, with lots of dried roast herbs. Complex!
