Quite textured, with lots of ripened stone fruits like apricots, nectarines and peaches. A middle note of vegetal flavours, like kale, broccoli and watermelon rind. Some herbs of Thai basil and thyme. A great bang for your buck wine, true to Sauvignon Blanc (and note that I typically don't like the capsicum flavour of SB!). Reveals more confectionery orange candy as it warms up too.
