We tried this at The Single Cask during their final Craic Night at CHIJMES. An interesting Arran, with some funky flavours. We've never been a big fan of wine casks due to the potential sulphite nature it has, but this one was funky in an okayish way. Look at the size of the pour and Wei De in the background.
