Unlike a typical pilsner, with the hop character bitey-ier and more pronounced. While still a relatively light tasting beer, I think the hoppiness can be a bit intense and catch some folks off guard. I appreciate the novelty of using more intense hops in this style of beers - definitely a great one to go with heavier foods.
