I think this beer does achieve what it says in the namesake - there's quite aplenty of chocolate and confectionery aromas. That said, I do feel that the balance in flavour is a bit off, being quite fiery and boozy, alongside a mild acidity. I'll say to pair this beer with some food to bring out more of that chocolately and dairy-coffe-eqsue flavours, and in my case, a fruit platter worked well.
