rounded, honeyed, floral, apples, light citrus peels and citrus flesh on the nose , fresh apricots, then it gets a bit more taut, light minerality, seashells, yeastiness. more oxidative nuttiness over time.
rich, juicy, honeyed and lightly syrupy. opens initially with a nearly white port light sweetness but very quickly softens into vanilla, cream, elderflower cordial, gooseberries, tons of lemon peels. clean lightly honeyed finish.
