Really interesting and actually really enjoyable. This is a pet nat that's accessible with good richness without being overly funky. It opens rather eclectic with a combination of freshly unearthed mushrooms and miso giving this almost earthy umaminess, along with this mountain air sort of chalkiness and gravel, with then dried tangerine peels and mangosteens - and somehow it works!
