rather mineral and orchard fruits driven. on the nose, opens with fleshy green appley notes, slate, biscuity, notes of lees.
really smooth and mellow on the palate. very very well mellowed, acidity really really softened into a tea-like level, light gooseberries, jasmine tea, other white florals, light white peach. very clean and short finish. very well aged, very soft and mellow and subtle.
