Phenomenal aromas with this immense doughiness alongside toasted almonds, rendered with this incredible depth! This carries through the palate where it's rich and more oxidative with a savoury umaminess of bruised apples, with a stream of saline. Into the finish, we get more of a combination of the notes found on the nose with that of the palate, where the toasted bread and almonds make a comeback. It lingers long on that incredible buttery doughiness and toasted almonds.
