A highly crisp, refreshing and versatile white with a good focus on the nuances of its minerality. Lots more to unpack there as compared to other whites I've had in recent memory, all elevated by gentle fruit notes. Almost tropical if you ask me, with an intriguing buildup of flavors that comes together to create a dry, balanced (and actually quite supple/moreish) expression.
