A lovely expression. I can't speak much as to the vintage since I haven't quite had the other years', but its a super Tuscan that really can't be mistaken for anything else. Big, bold and punchy in all the right places with just enough peripheral nuance thrown in to keep things interesting. Savory, dry and more than moreish, this works great as a sipper or with red meat.
