chng tng, dried preserved longan, green and red tomatoes. still kinda green and basil driven on the nose. but wow, very flavourful sliced raw tomatoes on the palate. touch of glutamic acid, soft dryness. prolonged notes of fresh tomatoes through finish. rather creatively and masterfully done. wouldn’t have thought this flavour combo was possible!
