This was noticeably lighter on the nose with just some melon rinds that came through. It nevertheless more than made up for it on the palate with its rounded and lush body that was so lifted and elegant. It was honeyed and savoury, with the melons taking a backseat, and also a more pronounced yogurt lactic quality. The honeyed savouriness persisted through the finish and really stayed on. Great richness on the palate.
