A really interesting Sake that's meant to be mixed with Soda, making it a Sake Highball. I got to taste it on its own and also with some neutral soda water and actually found that I liked it more on its own. By itself, the Sake was concentrated and luscious with lots of candied melons and melon nectar, with a syrupy texture. With the soda water, it opens up more and brightens, although it's of course less concentrated.
