This has a really concentrated green melon aroma and taste. It's lush and juicy on the nose, and on the palate it has a really nice progression that goes from vibrant green melon flesh to a more concentrated and very pronounced melon nectar quality. Into the finish it gets more honeyed and savoury, with a touch of yogurt lactic note.
