This was a well-Sherried, really flavour forward and elegant Ben Nevis! I found the style of Sherry expressed here really wonderful, controlled yet rich, it's concentrated without being overwhelming. There are layers to this too, blending brighter notes of tea with deeper mustiness of rancio - and throughout you'll also find a persistent wave of lush orchard fruits that gives it a zestiness and freshness.
