[Tasting in The Beverage Clique's Demystifying Sake and Shochu Masterclass] Strong sparkling sake. Lots of floral aromas with good accents of fruit. Beware of the booze however, weighing in quite high for a sparkling! Definitely a great starter to a meal, substituting champagne with its subtle fruitiness, strong aromatics and a appreciable acidity.
