Supple, creamy, with a not too sweet finish. A nice milkiness that adds lots of texture to the sake, giving more rice milk forward flavours admist a solid stone fruit backbone. The low ABV shines as well, giving more sparkle and ease of drinking. A great low-ABV option to kickstart a tasting.
