A fruity, slightly tart sake that does scream big juicyness or strong fruit on the palate. The dryness adds to the refreshing character of the sake.

Really interesting and complex, opening with this doughiness along with candied melons and light honey, really nice depth on the nose, which then develops on the palate to more on green pears and apples, as well as some vanilla cream, which comes together like a sort of pear and cream pastry. It's delicate and elegant yet layered, with this depth of sweetness on the finish of barley sugars and pear candy.
