A nice JDG that has more body than usual. It floral and with candied melons, joined by sweet savoury meats. Into the palate, it gets more mineral, with a backbone of spring water, that's then the base for those melons and honeyed notes. It gets more doughy into the finish, which I really enjoyed, and was supple, rich and seamless through the finish. Nice!
