Hoppy! The hops add so much character to the sake, and with the high sweetness of the sake buffering the bitterness, it makes for a truly special and delicious sweet sake. Definitely the show stopper!

This was so so spectacular! It was really accessible and drinkable and opened with the most incredible aromas of intense musky tropical fruits of mangosteens, longans and lychees. Wow!!!
