I rate this highly because I've not come across a coffee sake / sake liqueur that's even come close how impressive the Haccoba's Coffee Shop truly is. This was so unique! It's like Kombucha meets Coffee! The aromatic qualities of the coffee definitely shines through and you can immediately tell it's quality coffee beans, it feels like an Italian roast! Then layer that with a gentle yeasty doughiness. It also feels reminiscent to a coffee pastry that's yet to be baked. It's got an incredibly supple texture as well! Superb!
