Very nice complexity, nice textural sensation to it! It's full on rice driven, you really get that natural rustic nuttiness right from its aromas, with the palate focused on concentrated melon candy tones. There's even this slightly fizzy sensation to it! Into the finish it all comes together and cleans out on a refreshing and lightly dry note!
