Very impressive! This was very umami much like Moutai Baijiu's jiang xiang (sauce aroma), where it brought out that soy sauce and sesame character especially on the nose. Into the body it kept that umami sauce quality yet backed it up nicely with rich honey, which was all enveloped within this incredibly firm and crystalline body that was a sensorial masterpiece! It's so elegant, with great balance and richness, yet great tension. Splendid finish as well with the refreshing crispness!
