An interesting style of peat in this, this one has strong phenolic, perfumey notes, extremely floral. Good old style flavours but not very distinct. I feel that is what makes it a good decent whisky but not an exceptional one. Nonetheless, extremely enjoyable.
Nose: perfumey, flowers and rose perfume, oyster salty peat, light honey
Palate: crispy apple juice, salted veggie oil, light honey
