Lots of interesting flavours! The barnyard aromas were somewhat intense at first, but after some swirling, makes way for a subtle, hay-like background aroma that props up much of the juicier faroms and flavours of the wine. The palate, whilst relatively light on texture and tannins, pack lots of flavour, giving red fruits, herbs and spice all in one. Definitely a great natural wine - one that blends naturalistic, farmhouse aromas and flavour with big juiciness of fruit.
