Wheaty, with a strong honey and semi candied longan aroma. On the palate, there's a musky melon, sweet date syrup flavour, boosted with a malty creamy sweet grain texture. Mild umami on the finish - like saltine crackers.
Easy to drink, relatively light in alcohol but packs a decent punch flavour wise. Pair with heavy foods - or in Yeast Side's case, pizza!
