A fun, expressive bottling that leans clearly into the cider-cask. It's really orchard fruits-driven, apple and pear running from nose to finish, layered with honey and spice. While it's cask strength, the spices are surprisingly well behaved and don't come across hot. Some exotic tropical notes, with baked apple, gentle nuttiness and soft oak sweetness.
