Very sessionable! I get plush lychee flesh, lemon barley and musky floral notes on the nose. On the palate, I get more of a pomelo pith note before the lychee flavour comes through - its not as sweet or cordial like compared to some of the other beers I've tried from Mahanine, and I like that the sea salt accent helps to balance out the sweeter flavours. This is really great as a food pairing, especially with richer and spicier foods.
